I came here because I had a miracle: an appointment from the American Embassy as a Senior Fulbright Drama Specialist to receive invitations and lecture in Europe. Wow. Living in NYC (at first in Queens) I would be near the airport and able to pursue my dream writing full time in the Big Apple. I married a New Yorker Bob Harzinski (from Corning) in April of 2005 and after the onslaught on Katrina moved permanently to New York City and Rhinceliff. (A summer home no less) God I am blessed. Now I am writing full time in the city with the mission to keep New Orleans alive in people's minds and write vital theatre and novels.
